How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your sugar fix sooner!
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic United States. We are working hard to bring SoSweet treats to international fans in the near future.
How do you ensure the freshness of the candy?
All our products are stored in temperature-controlled environments and are packed in airtight, food-grade packaging to ensure they arrive at your door perfectly fresh.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you provide nutritional and allergen information?
Yes, full ingredient lists and allergen warnings are available on each product page. Please note that our facility processes products containing nuts, dairy, and gluten.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
